Women in Film and Television Vancouver contacted me to create a one-minute trailer and edit a few interviews for their virtual film festival. I wanted to make sure the trailer conveyed the different emotions that each film highlighted, so I selected clips with animated facial expressions and added a simple title design to keep the focus on the subjects in the video. I chose dramatic music that was quick and upbeat to emphasize the emotional content. I chose lighting special effects and exciting transitions to keep the tempo of the video dramatic and fast-paced.
